Spectrofluorometers
ISS K2
The K2TM Multifrequency Cross-Correlation Phase and Modulation Fluorometer is a frequency domain fluorometer with picosecond resolution. Its optical design and automatic instrument control are state-of-the-art for steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence measurements. It is connected to Spectra Physics 161B Air Cooled Ion Laser.
Steady-State Measurements:
- Corrected excitation and emission spectra
- Excitation-emission matrices
- Excitation polarization spectra
- Polarization (anisotropy) measurements
- Millisecond kinetics in photon counting mode
- Dual-wavelength ratio metric excitation or emission measurements
Time-Resolved Measurements:
- Multiple decay times from milliseconds to picoseconds time scale
- Anisotropy decays
- Phase-resolved spectra (up to 3 components in a mixture)
- Time-resolved spectra
- Lifetime measurements with blank subtraction
